Once your order processes, you will receive access to 4 pdf files, one for each notebook.

To import notebook into GoodNotes: Open GoodNotes, add new, import, select your pdf, and it should load into GoodNotes.

To add a template to your notebook: Navigate to the page of the template you want to use. Click the menu in the top right, then "copy page" Navigate to where you want to insert the page, select the add page icon OR use the arrow below an existing page, select add before or add below (depending on where you want the new page), then "paste page" From there, you can duplicate that page if you want to.
